How are fractional leaders vetted?
Every profile is reviewed personally by Aleksander - track record, seniority, and references - before joining the network. Practitioner judgment, not keyword filters. If nobody in the network fits your brief, we say so instead of forcing a match.
What roles does the network cover?
Fractional and interim product leadership only: Head of Product, CPO, VP Product, and senior product lead roles. No design or engineering roles for now - depth over breadth.
Which geographies do you cover?
Europe-first, matched by timezone band rather than country - from UTC+0 (Lisbon, Dublin) through UTC+3 (Istanbul), with CET as the core. Engagements are remote-first, so timezone overlap matters more than location.
