The startup tool stack I actually recommend

25 tools, tested across 4 products I've built from 0 to 1 and dozens of startups I've coached. No sponsored fluff, no SEO-farm filler - just what's still installed on my machine.

Every "best startup tools" list on the internet is either an SEO farm repackaging the same 50 logos, or a sponsored post pretending not to be. This isn't that.

These are the exact tools running ProductTrio, and the ones I've watched actually earn their keep (or quietly get abandoned) across FOUND, elyps, UX Pilot, and every startup I've coached through a 0 to 1 build. I've grouped them into three tiers: Must-have (don't start without it), Should-have (add it once you're moving), and Could-have (nice once you've got a team).

That never changes what's on this list - everything here is a tool I've actually used and would recommend regardless. If a tool stops earning its place in my own stack, it comes off this page.

Picking tools is easy. Knowing what to build with them is the hard part.
