Log Files
ProductTrio follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Analytics tools
We use three analytics services to learn which pages help visitors and which do not. None of them is used for advertising.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, by Google: count visits and pages viewed, where visitors came from, and their general location, browser and device. Tag Manager loads our tags and sets no cookies of its own. Google Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity, by Microsoft: heatmaps and recordings of how pages are scrolled and clicked, so we can see where a page confuses people. It does not run while analytics cookies are off. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- PostHog, by PostHog, on servers in the EU: page views, and clicks on the links to book a call, email us or take the assessment. PostHog Privacy Policy.
Like any website you visit, these services receive your IP address when your browser contacts them.
Third Party Privacy Policies
ProductTrio's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
