Product Workshops and Portfolio Support for Startup Programs

Founders leave with a test to run, not notes.

Hands-on product sessions for your cohort, a structured path from idea to product-market fit for the teams you select, and product leadership for portfolio companies that need it. Built on the 3W Loop and on the method behind 300+ startups trained.

Why Founders Need More Than Mentors

Programs give founders money, mentors and contacts. Few give them a repeatable way to decide what to build next. Three gaps come up again and again:

Inspiring talks do not change Monday.A founder leaves a great session with notes, and the next week looks exactly like the last one. What changes behavior is practice on their own product, ending in a test with a date on it.
Mentors answer from their own startup.Advice from someone who has done it is valuable, and it often contradicts the next mentor's. Founders need a method to check advice against their own customers, not a tiebreaker.
After product-market fit, the problems change.Portfolio companies that found demand hit new walls: trials that do not convert, onboarding that leaks, no one senior to own the product. A mentor network rarely covers that gap.

Three Ways to Work Together

From a single session to support across your portfolio. Every format runs online or on-site, in English or Polish.

SessionCohort session: for a cohort or an eventThe 3W Loop masterclass (2.5 hours) or the half-day team workshop, where we pull each team's funnel together before the session. Every founder brings a number from their own product and leaves with a scoped, testable bet. At WaysConf 2026 we ran the whole loop in one morning with 28 people (how that morning ran); at Product Peak Wrocław a 20-minute talk turned into live workshop groups at the last minute (what the groups practiced). ProgramCohort program: for the teams you selectThe 0 to 1 Product Development Workshop: a full day, built on Bill Aulet's 24-step Disciplined Entrepreneurship from MIT, from beachhead market to a plan to test the riskiest assumptions before writing code. Then the PMF Program for the teams that need it: 3 to 6 months of weekly sessions until they know what the market responds to. The method behind 300+ startups trained. Plan a program →
PortfolioPortfolio support: for your portfolio companiesOffice hours for portfolio founders, or a fractional Head of Product (10 to 20 hours a week) for a company that needs a product leader before it can hire one. For post-PMF companies whose trial-to-paid or activation is stuck, the Funnel Conversion Sprint: one quarter, a new experiment every week, read in revenue. Talk about your portfolio →

How It Works

Step 1 · Intro call

Your program and your founders

A free 20-minute call on who is in the cohort or the portfolio, what stage they are at, and what you want them to be able to do afterwards.

Step 2 · Format

Matched to the cohort

A session, a program or portfolio support, sized to the teams and the calendar you have. We agree what each team brings, so the time goes into their product, not a case study.

Step 3 · Delivery

On their own product

Online or on-site. Every exercise runs on the founders' own numbers and customers, and every team leaves with a test card: what they will test, how, and what result would change their mind.

Step 4 · Follow-up

What happened next

A short follow-up on which teams ran their test and what they learned, so you can see whether the session changed anything, and decide what comes next for the cohort.

FAQs

Online or on-site?
Both. The masterclass and the workshops run on-site across Europe or online. Aleksander is based in Wrocław, Poland. Office hours and the PMF Program run online, with weekly sessions.
English or Polish?
Either. Sessions and follow-ups run in English or Polish, so one program can serve international and local founders.
How many founders can take part in one session?
It depends on the format, and we size it on the intro call. The WaysConf 2026 masterclass had 28 participants working in pairs and small groups. Teams of two or three founders from the same startup work best, because they leave with a decision they share.
Is this for pre-seed teams or for companies with revenue?
Both, with different formats. The 0 to 1 workshop and the PMF Program are for teams before or around product-market fit. The 3W Loop sessions need a product with some users, and the Funnel Conversion Sprint is for companies after product-market fit with enough new users each week to run an experiment.
Can you run it as a conference workshop?
Yes. The 3W Loop masterclass already runs at conferences: at WaysConf 2026 it ran as a 150-minute morning masterclass, and at Product Peak Wrocław as live workshop groups after a 20-minute talk.
What does it cost?
It depends on the format, the number of teams and the length of support, so we agree the price on the intro call, once we know what your program needs.
