Most calls start the same way: your teams are shipping, and nobody can say which of last quarter's releases moved a number. We spend the twenty minutes on your situation rather than on my services. By the end you will have a read on whether the problem is product strategy, product discovery, the operating model underneath them, or something that needs no help from me at all.
