Common Problems We Solve

This programme is built for the gap between “we have something” and “we know it works”:

You have launched, but traction is weak or inconsistent. Some users like the product. Others churn early. You're not sure what's working and why.
You don't have a systematic approach to finding PMF.You're running experiments, but they're disconnected. There's no clear framework for what to test next and how to interpret the results.
Your value proposition is still unclear. You can describe the product, but you haven't found the specific framing that resonates clearly with a specific customer segment.
You're building features instead of validating the core. The product keeps growing, but the fundamentals of who it's for and why they need it haven't been confirmed yet.
You feel pressure to scale — but you haven't earned it yet.Investors or co-founders want to move to growth, but your retention and engagement signals suggest PMF isn't solid enough.
You need a strategic partner, not just a mentor. You want someone who will work with you week by week, challenge your assumptions, and help you navigate the messy, non-linear road to PMF.

Our Process

Weeks 1–2

Kick-Off & Readiness Audit

We start by understanding where you are: what you've built, who's using it, what the current traction signals look like, and what the biggest open questions are. We run a PMF readiness audit, align on the Beachhead Market focus, and set up the programme structure.

Month 1

Define & Validate the Core

We focus on the fundamentals: sharpening the Beachhead Market, defining the target customer persona, and ensuring your Value Proposition is clearly articulated and positioned against alternatives. We design the first demand validation experiments and run customer interviews to test the core assumptions.

Months 2–3

MVP Launch & Validation

We move into active product validation. We scope the MVBP, support the launch, and run structured experiments to test both demand (will people seek this out?) and user value (does it solve the problem well enough?). We run the PMF Survey to establish a baseline and track progress.

Months 3–6

Iterate Toward PMF

Weekly coaching sessions on Product Strategy and Product Discovery, with ongoing PMF measurement. We help you interpret the data, decide what to change, and iterate with discipline. The balance between discovery work and delivery work is managed deliberately throughout.

Finally

PMF Review & Roadmap

Once PMF signals are strong enough, we run a PMF Review — synthesise the insights, refine the Product Vision, and build the strategic roadmap for what comes next: scale, growth, and expansion beyond the Beachhead Market.

Why Choose Us

A systematic path, not random experimentation.

The PMF Program follows a structured methodology — the same approach used to take products from 0 to 1 in fintech, HR, design, and analytics. Every experiment has a clear hypothesis. Every insight feeds the next decision.

Quantitative PMF measurement, not gut feel.

We use the PMF Survey as a quant method to track Product-Market Fit progression — so you know objectively whether you're getting closer, not just whether it “feels like” it's working.

Both strategic and hands-on.

Weekly coaching covers Product Strategy (what to focus on and why) and Product Discovery (how to learn fast). You get both the big picture and the practical next steps.

Aleksander has walked this road — and failed on it.

He failed his first startup at 22. Since then, he has helped early-stage startups across Europe find PMF, including FOUND (Switzerland) and elyps (France/Belgium). The advisory is grounded in what the journey actually looks like.

Works at the whole-team level.

We recommend involving the full founding team and key early team members — Business Stakeholders, PM Lead, Designer, Researcher, and GTM. Finding PMF is a team sport.

FAQs

Who is this programme for?
Early-stage startups that have an initial product or MVP and are working toward Product-Market Fit. Most appropriate for teams that have launched something, have some early users or signals, but haven't yet found clear, consistent traction.
Is this a course or advisory?
It's an ongoing advisory programme — not a course or workshop. Every week is built around your actual product, your actual data, and your actual challenges.
How long is the programme?
The minimum recommended duration is 3 months. Most startups need 3 to 6 months to achieve meaningful PMF progress. Achieving full Problem-Solution Fit to Product-Market Fit typically takes 6 months of structured work.
Who should attend the weekly sessions?
At minimum, the lead founder. Ideally, the co-founders and key team members — especially the PM, Designer, and anyone involved in product decisions or customer contact.
How do you measure progress?
Through the PMF Survey (a quantitative PMF measurement method), experiment results, retention and engagement metrics, and qualitative signals from customer interviews. We track progress explicitly at each PMF Review session.
What's the difference between this and the 0 to 1 Workshop?
The 0 to 1 Workshop is a single-day session for teams at the very beginning — defining the customer, the value proposition, and the first validation plan. The PMF Program is an ongoing, multi-month engagement for teams that already have something built and are working through the messy process of finding real market traction.

Service Area

The PMF Program is available globally via online sessions. Aleksander works with startups across Europe and beyond — from Poland, Switzerland, Belgium, and France to the UAE and further.
