Grow an Existing Product

More of the users you already have, paying and staying.

You have users, but too few reach value, convert or come back. We find where they drop off and why, test the fix with real users, and read every experiment in revenue. Or Olek steps in as your interim product lead and owns the number.

Sprint · One quarter

Funnel Conversion Sprint

For product teams whose goal is conversion, with enough new users each week to run an experiment.

One quarter finding where your funnel leaks, why, and which fix turns more sign-ups into paying customers, with a new experiment live every week. The same loop took Deviniti's trial-to-paid conversion from 26% to 59% in three months.

Format
One quarter · A new experiment every week · Remote or on-site

What you get

  • One agreed activation metric, tied to the revenue it predicts
  • A leak map of your funnel from sign-up to that behavior
  • Story-based interviews with users who dropped off and users who made it through
  • A new experiment live every week from week four, in your release path
  • End of the quarter: a learning card with the number, and the next loop scoped
Diagnostic · 6 weeks, then an optional sprint

Retention Diagnostic & Sprint

For product teams that own a retention, churn or renewal number, with enough customers leaving each month to see a pattern.

In six weeks we find which customers leave, when and why, and design the first experiments to keep them. Then, if you want it, a one-quarter sprint with a new experiment live every week.

Format
Diagnostic: six weeks · Sprint: one quarter, optional · Remote or on-site
See the diagnostic →

What you get

  • Cohorts cut by segment and start month, with the point where leavers stop using the product
  • Five to eight interviews with customers who canceled, plus a few who stayed
  • The reasons customers leave, ranked by how much revenue sits behind them
  • The first test cards, each naming the number it has to move
  • Optional sprint: a new experiment live every week for a quarter
Embedded · 3 to 5 days a week

Interim Product Lead

For product companies whose product leader has left, or whose activation, conversion or retention needs one owner now.

Olek steps in as your interim product lead for a fixed three to six months: owning the roadmap and the team's product decisions, moving one goal agreed at the start, and handing over to your permanent hire with the way of working written down.

Format
3 to 5 days a week · 3 to 6 months, fixed end · Remote or on-site
See the interim role →

What you get

  • The seat taken in two weeks: roadmap, metrics and work in flight audited
  • One goal agreed with the leader the role reports to
  • Experiments live with guardrail metrics that protect the other numbers
  • Your team coached in the flow of work
  • A clean handover: a written record and the next experiments scheduled

FAQs

Which one should we start with?
If you know which number is stuck, start there: conversion with the Funnel Conversion Sprint, churn with the Retention Diagnostic. If the problem is that nobody owns the number, or your product leader has just left, start with an interim product lead.
Do we need a lot of traffic?
Enough to learn from. The sprint needs enough new users each week to run an experiment, and the retention diagnostic enough customers leaving each month to see a pattern. We check both on the intro call, before anything starts.
What is the difference between interim and fractional?
Interim is three to five days a week for three to six months, with a fixed end, to cover a gap or move one number. Fractional is 10 to 20 hours a week, usually for 6 to 12 months, for companies that need product leadership but not yet a full-time hire.
How do you measure the result?
In the number you came for, and in money. Every experiment has a test card written before it ships, naming the number it has to move and the guardrails it must not break, and the readouts translate the result into monthly revenue.
