The role

Take over the product, tech and data vision part-time, and rebuild how the team ships using AI-assisted methods.

A French scale-up is hiring a fractional Chief Product Officer through the recruiter Lity. It is a freelance engagement of 2 to 3 days a week, hybrid in Lyon, working directly with the COO and close to the executive committee.

The brief covers product, tech and data together. Part of it is vision and arbitration: linking business priorities to product and technology choices, and challenging the existing tech team on its decisions. The other part is structure: setting up how the team plans, documents, tests and releases, with AI-assisted processes and vibe coding, and shaping the future Product and Tech organization. The posting is in French and the role requires fluent French.
