The role

Eight months of maternity cover with a real mandate: finish the BlaBlaCar Daily integration, reshape the team, and bring AI into product practice.

Karos is looking for an interim Chief Product Officer to cover maternity leave from January to August 2027, with handover time in December 2026 and September 2027. You join the Executive Committee and lead Product Management and Design, plus the User Support lead, as a close duo with the CTO.

The mandate has four parts: complete the BlaBlaCar Daily migration and shape one stronger platform, coach the team and set the right organization after the integration, help PMs and designers work better with AI, and run OKR planning and reviews with the CTO and the Executive Committee.

  • Lead OKR planning and keep a steady review rhythm with the CTO and Executive Committee
  • Leave the product organization stronger for its next stage
