The role

One part-time leader for product, tech and data, with a mandate to rebuild how the team ships using AI tooling.

Tenth Revolution Group is recruiting a fractional Chief Product and Technology Officer for a French scale-up, as a freelance engagement of 2 to 3 days a week, hybrid in Paris. You work directly with the COO and make trade-offs with them.

The job has two halves. One is a single vision across product, tech and data, plus the authority to question and steer the technical choices of the existing team. The other is how the team works: planning, documentation, QA and releases, rebuilt around AI agents and code assistants. The recruiter expects the scope to grow.

  • Set one vision that covers product, technology and data
  • Rebuild team methods for planning, documentation, QA and releases around AI tools
  • Question and steer technical decisions together with the current team
  • Connect business needs with product and tech choices, and settle trade-offs with the COO
