0 to 1 Product Development
Find the customer, prove the problem, test the fix, ship the smallest thing that sells. This is the workshop I have run for 300+ startups, turned into something you can run yourself, at your own pace, on your own idea. Nine modules. Each one ends with a worksheet you fill in and a checkpoint you cannot fake. By the end you have a beachhead market, interview evidence, a quantified value proposition, a mapped set of assumptions, a written test card, and a plan for the smallest product that can be sold.

Start here: why most products fail before launch
You know which of the four product risks your idea carries most, and you have a one-line statement of what you are trying to learn first.
Who exactly: segmentation and the beachhead market
A segmentation matrix with at least three candidate segments, one beachhead chosen, and the three market conditions checked against it.
Talk to them: story-based interviews
Three research questions, five interview questions, a list of eight people to interview, and interview snapshots for the ones you have done.
How they buy: the full life cycle use case
A map of how your customer currently goes from noticing the problem to paying for a solution and telling others, with the step your product changes marked.
What it does for them: product spec and quantified value
A benefit-first product specification, a one-page visual of the product, and a quantified value proposition: the as-is number, the to-be number, and the metric that connects them.
What has to be true: identify and map your assumptions
Nine assumptions written as We believe that statements, placed on an importance-by-evidence map, with the riskiest one circled.
Find out: test your riskiest assumption
A test card with a number in we are right if, a decision on interview first or straight to the test, and a learning card ready for when the result comes in.
Ship it: the minimum viable business product
An MVBP definition that passes three conditions, a user flow of ten steps or fewer, and a build plan you can execute in weeks with no-code or AI tools.
Know when you are there: measuring product-market fit
A product-market fit survey ready to send, a 90-day cycle plan, and a clear view of what the Business Modeling course adds next.
Aleksander Uznański
I have built four tech products from zero to one, in fintech, HR, design and analytics, and trained 300+ startups and 20+ product organisations through ProductTrio. This course is the workshop I run for accelerators and founder programmes, with the parts that only work in a room replaced by worksheets that work alone. The cases are real: FOUND, a Swiss recruitment marketplace I took to product-market fit; elyps, a digital bank where we cut onboarding drop-off by 25% without touching a compliance requirement; UX Pilot, an AI design tool where one default toggle lifted free-to-paid conversion 44.67%.
