# ProductTrio > ProductTrio is Aleksander Uznański's product advisory practice in Wrocław, Poland, working with clients in Europe, the US and the Middle East. It helps product-led teams improve activation and retention through better product decisions: it finds where users drop off, tests fixes with real users, and proves the lift in conversion, retention and revenue. For product organizations that want the change to last, it runs product operating model transformations, product coaching and product discovery workshops. Aleksander has trained 300+ startups and 20+ product organizations. Guiding principle: build on evidence, not a hunch. The primary audience is product-led teams: SaaS and app companies with self-serve sign-up or trials whose activation, trial-to-paid conversion or retention does not move. They come for the Funnel Conversion Sprint and the Retention Diagnostic & Sprint. The second audience is established product organizations, where delivery is not the problem, the roadmap was agreed upstream, and the business numbers do not move. They come for operating-model transformation, coaching and advisory, and discovery workshops. Early-stage founders are a secondary path, served by 0-to-1 workshops, a Product-Market Fit program, and fractional product leadership. Aleksander Uznański's zero-to-one work is described in more depth at https://www.aleksanderuznanski.com/ ## Services for product teams - [Product Discovery Workshop](https://www.producttrio.com/product-discovery-workshop.md): Hands-on 2-day workshop that gives product teams the mindset, methods, and habits to continuously explore opportunities and validate ideas. - [0 to 1 Product Development course](https://www.producttrio.com/course): Self-paced, nine-module course built from the workshop run for 300+ startups: beachhead market, story-based interviews, life cycle use case, product spec and quantified value, assumption mapping, test cards, minimum viable business product, product-market fit survey. Follows the 24-step Disciplined Entrepreneurship methodology. Free while in beta. - [The 3W Loop](https://www.producttrio.com/3w.md): A product discovery framework, free under CC BY-SA 4.0: product analytics shows where it hurts, story-based interviews show why, a scoped experiment shows whether the fix works. Kit download (v1.1, September 2026) plus a 2.5-hour masterclass and half-day team workshop. - [Product Operating Model Maturity Model](https://www.producttrio.com/product-model-maturity.md): A scored maturity model built on Marty Cagan's Transformed: his five concepts and twenty principles, arranged into four levels and an index from 20 to 80. The model behind the three-minute assessment at https://assess.producttrio.com/ - [Product Operating Model Transformation](https://www.producttrio.com/product-model-transformation.md): A two-week Assessment Sprint, a one-quarter Pilot Team Sprint that proves the impact on a business metric with one team, then 3 to 6 months scaling the operating model to every team. A free three-minute Product Model Maturity Assessment returns your Index on screen and by email: https://assess.producttrio.com/ - [Funnel Conversion Sprint](https://www.producttrio.com/user-activation.md): Increase revenue by fixing the funnel. One quarter on one activation, onboarding or trial-to-paid metric, run on the 3W Loop with a new experiment live every week: product analytics for where new users drop off, story-based interviews for why, scoped experiments for whether the fix works, all read in revenue. For product teams that own an activation metric. The same loop took Deviniti's trial-to-paid conversion from 26% to 59% in three months while monthly recurring revenue rose 33%. - [Retention Diagnostic & Sprint](https://www.producttrio.com/user-retention.md): Keep the revenue you already won. A six-week diagnostic finds which customers leave, when and why: cohorts cut by segment and start month and read against the right benchmark, and five to eight interviews with customers who canceled. Then an optional one-quarter sprint of experiments on the early behavior that best predicts staying in your data, a new one every week, run on the 3W Loop and read in revenue. For product teams that own a retention, churn or renewal number. - [AI-First Product Teams: Workshop & Sprint](https://www.producttrio.com/ai-first-product-teams.md): Decide faster with AI, not just build faster. A one-day workshop where whole product trios redesign their discovery loop with AI on live work, with rules for where a human checks; then an optional 6 to 8 week sprint measured against a baseline: learning speed and the product numbers the bets target, never AI usage. Runs in the client's own AI tools. Offered this quarter as two founding pilots. - [Product Coaching & Advisory](https://www.producttrio.com/product-advisory.md): Ongoing product leadership, coaching, and a strategic sparring partner across product strategy and continuous discovery. - [Product Strategy Consulting](https://www.producttrio.com/product-strategy-consulting.md): A focused 2-4 week engagement to pressure-test your product vision, sharpen prioritization, and leave with an executable strategy and roadmap. ## Services for startups and startup programs - [0 to 1 Product Development Workshop](https://www.producttrio.com/zero-to-one-product-workshop.md): A full-day workshop for founders: from raw idea to a validated value proposition and a plan to test your biggest assumptions before writing code. - [PMF Program](https://www.producttrio.com/pmf-program.md): An ongoing advisory program for early-stage startups working toward Product-Market Fit - define focus, validate systematically, and measure with the PMF Survey. - [Fractional Head of Product / CPO](https://www.producttrio.com/fractional-head-of-product.md): A fractional Head of Product or CPO who embeds part-time (10-20h/week) as your actual product leader, owning roadmap and discovery. - [For Accelerators & VCs](https://www.producttrio.com/for-accelerators-and-vcs.md): Product workshops and portfolio support for accelerators, VC funds, corporate innovation hubs, public startup programs and conferences, in three formats: a cohort session (the 3W Loop masterclass or half-day workshop), a cohort program (the 0 to 1 workshop, then the PMF Program for selected teams), and portfolio support (office hours, a fractional Head of Product, the Funnel Conversion Sprint for post-PMF companies). In English or Polish. ## Case studies - [All case studies](https://www.producttrio.com/case-studies.md): The six engagements on one page, grouped by what the team bought (product operating model, activation and conversion, new products), each with the number it moved. - [FOUND - reaching Product-Market Fit](https://www.producttrio.com/case-study-found.md): How we took FOUND, a Swiss recruitment platform, from zero to Product-Market Fit by focusing on a niche beachhead and validating demand. - [elyps - +30% activation](https://www.producttrio.com/case-study-elyps.md): How we improved activation conversion by 30% for elyps, a French-Belgian digital bank, by reworking compliance-heavy onboarding. - [Taxfix - one onboarding for two products](https://www.producttrio.com/case-study-taxfix.md): How I helped Taxfix's Activation team merge onboarding for its self-serve and expert-assisted filing products: 8 concepts, guardrail metrics, and A/B tests through the tax-season peak, at a German fintech with 1M+ users. - [UX Pilot - $300k to $450k+ MRR](https://www.producttrio.com/case-study-ux-pilot.md): How we grew UX Pilot, a bootstrapped AI design tool with 1M+ users, through systematic PLG experimentation. - [Desertcart - UX research](https://www.producttrio.com/case-study-desertcart.md): Customer research and prototype testing for Desertcart, a Dubai-based international e-commerce platform. - [Deviniti - trial conversion 26% to 59%](https://www.producttrio.com/case-study-deviniti.md): How a Product Operating Model pilot at Deviniti Apps, an Atlassian ecosystem software company, found the one week-three trial behavior that predicted every paying customer, and more than doubled trial-to-paid conversion in three months. ## About & contact - [About ProductTrio](https://www.producttrio.com/about-us.md): Aleksander Uznański's product coaching practice: former Head of Product at UX Pilot, FOUND and elyps, fractional PM at Taxfix, ex-BCG, 300+ startups and 20+ product organizations trained; the 3W Loop, the three product risks and the methodologies behind every engagement. - [Book a free intro call](https://www.producttrio.com/schedule.md): A free 20-minute call with Olek Uznański, in English or Polish.
